An online booking system works all the time. This gives freedom to potential visitors book a room, ticket at anytime they want. It also maximises your sales because you are not limited working hours. is piece of software used for reservation management. In fact, studies shows that 24/7 greatly increases number bookings. With development in science and technology usage has been increased tremendously. Increase literacy encourages customer buying behaviour. Highly demanded lifestyle, convenience, information wide, scarcity time induces customers move from traditional booking. During Covid need among general public since people were ready face crowd insisted about safety. That too during pandemic lose their safety very much conscious hygiene. Hence researchers made an attempt study on attitude towards COVID-19 with special reference Coimbatore city. was found preferred convenience satisfied various factors.
